The app is compatible with iPhone 5s and above. Devices below iPhone 5s are not supported by the app.
Android version 4.4 and above. Most Android devices manufactured since 2015 work well with the app; with the exception of some low-end models.
It is recommended that you upgrade your phone’s operating software to the latest iOS version (i.e. iOS 11) / Android version (i.e. Version 8) for optimal functioning of your app
